The Department of Technical Medical Sciences, part of Faculty Medical Sciences at Barleti University will be the department that generates new knowledge and innovations in its application through its undergraduate programs, continuing education courses and accredited and consolidated postgraduate programs, which will allow it to achieve leadership in strengthening the profession of Nursing and Physiotherapy in various fields of the health sector, the education sector and the social sector. The department through the consolidation of academic bodies related to society, the generation with comprehensive training, taking into account the basic lessons that in the course of life will be the pillars of knowledge for every student: learning to know, learning to do, learning to we are, will have as main objectives:

The Department of Technical Medical Sciences at Barleti University, with a Nursing and Physiotherapy study program, is a structure that concentrates the knowledge of a set of disciplines that converge and complement the science of nursing. It works in a systematic and interrelated way to generate knowledge and innovation in human health care. The teaching staff contributes to the strengthening of the functions of teaching, research, forming inter and multidisciplinary teams to offer the new generations and the social sectors, the institutions of the health sector, education, proposals and viable solutions and of high quality to satisfy the needs and demands of health care that are presented and glimpsed in the 21-st century, at the regional, national and international level.
